I have been a customer of Kool Flow Inc for over 9 solid years. Next year will be 10 years. They are very consistent, very knowledgeable of their work, very polite, very reasonable, and more. Talk about professionalism... Kool Flow Inc management and staff have it all. Kool Flow Inc has been servicing my AC unit and from last year they have been advising me that I need a new unit. I was able to purchase a new unit about two months ago. Razja, the Admin Staff was able to get me the permit from the city very quickly. Kool Flow Inc did a fantastic job with the installation of my new AC. I admire their level of work. I am very satisfied! I am super happy! I want to big up the owner Jerry Hylton, some of his main staff that dealt with me such as Courtney, Mark, and of course Razja.
