To clarify, you did not have direct interaction with Dr. Katz, as you were not the patient receiving treatment. Our records indicate that your boyfriend was the one who underwent the procedure. In fact you were not present for the initial consultation either. We understand that being present to support a loved one during a dental procedure can be stressful, and we apologize if you experienced any discomfort or frustration during the wait in the reception area. We strive to maintain a welcoming environment for all our patients and their accompanying family members. We will address any concerns regarding our staff's behavior promptly and ensure that our patients and their loved ones receive the utmost respect and care.Regarding your comment on post-procedure medications, it's important to note that our prescribing practices align with professional guidelines and are tailored to individual patient needs.
