AdventHealth Medical Group Multispecialty at Inspiration Place

I have used Inspiration Place since they opened for my mammos.Recently had a mammo and ultrasound where we discovered a ruptured implant. Also both implants are encapsulated. The nurse breast health care navigator took my breath away when she stated that Advent Hospital does not have a plastic surgeon. How disappointing that this is NOT a full service business. You are left to your own devices to find a plastic surgeon.

Schedule your mammogram through someone else. I uploaded my orders when I made my appointment. The lady on the phone confirmed receipt. I show up to my appointment and sit for 25 minutes before being checked in. Only to find out they didnt have my orders. So I emailed and uploaded them again. After another 25 minutes I was told they just received them and it would be a few more minutes. I do not have time to sit in a lobby for an hour before being seen at an appointment. I am so frustrated and disappointed in todays appointment I will never return to this facility. Later in the day I called another advent health facility to schedule a mammogram and he confirmed he could see my dr. Orders uploaded on 12/06, 16 days prior to my appointment.

I accompanied a neighbor who had a 3-day preparation to have a colonoscopy, his appointment was for 6:15 am, we arrived on time and after being in bed with the hospital gown they told him that he needed a companion for 24 hours , we told them that we had not been prepared for that because it had not been informed beforehand and they only said that it was the hospital's policy, I spoke to them to have a nurse come back to my house and then I returned and they did not understand, I told them that I could take care of him in the house and they didn't understand either, I asked them to look for a social worker, a case Maneger to assess circulation, he is an older adult who followed a rigorous diet preparation, he lives alone, a Vietnam veteran and they only looked for the hospital security agents so they would throw us out. In reality, unethical and professional, little human sensitivity with patients.

The staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional throughout the entire process. The mammogram itself was quick and painless, and the technologist was gentle and made me feel at ease, a beautiful place for women.

We just gave birth to our son here and our experience was amazing. The nurses all took great care of us and our baby. Special thanks to Adriane and Kortney, however this does not shy from the rest of the staff who helped us. They all did an amazing job!
