Incredible customer experience thanks to Kylee. Super friendly, Got me in quickly, suggested some services and when all was done, met me at the door with my keys. Unprecedented customer service. Rare these days but makes all the difference in where I will do business.

If nitto sends you out here to have your tire inspected dont waste your time.Everyone at the front desk acts clueless and spaced out when you ask questions about a warranty on a tire and its a tire shop and I wouldnt recommend dealing with Ben , I think hes on some slow pills or benzos . my tire blew out on the freeway doing 70 mph and it only had 12k miles on it. Horrible customer Service they just want your money.

As a regular customer at Discount Tires, I have had mostly great experiences. However on my last trip I was told my tires had arrived, and an hour after dropping off my car, they called to tell me that they had not. After bringing my car back over an hour later, and getting my new tires, my PSI read 34 44 in the fronts, and 49 47 in the rear (cold). Max rating is 51. If I had not bled a significant about of air from 3 tires, and added air to one, I would absolutely have had a blowout on the highway. Please double check your tire pressure after leaving to avoid a potentially lethal accident, and be sure to verify that the tires are in stock. (Make them go out and find the tires.) This was my first unprofessional encounter at Discount Tires. Apart from this, the staff is very kind and helpful.

I am very disappointed with this place and its customer service. I had the most horrible experience with these people, like never before in other places in my whole life. First I went to fix my car tire had a slow leak, the employee started pushing on me the new tires to purchase, but I kindly declined, so he became very rude to me with not nice attitude, saying " Oh, the tire might not be fixable". The tires of my car are only 3 years of use, so they don't need to be changed yet. So they finally fixed the tire, didn't charge me for it (I have bought in this place few months earlier 4 new tires for my son's car). So next day pulling out the car after the work day (the one they fixed supposedly previous day) I realized that the same tire was completely flat on the ground. So there I was stranded on the street with flat tire. After replacing the tire I made it to the same shop, trying to claim what happened, why it happened and if they can fix it again. I talked to the manager and he instead of apologizing or at least been nice to me he was completely arrogant and disrespectful to me, down talking to me. Now I understand why his employee was so rude to me previous day. So it felt like they did this on purpose to get even with me. The manager was completely rude to me, I felt like it was because I am a woman and I have an accent. I really felt so bad and humiliated. At the end he even refused to fix the tire saying " Oh, you can go to the other shop down the road". But when I responded to him "Ok, but I am going to write a vey bad review he immediately proceeded to finally fix the tire. I am never going back to this place!!!! Shame on you guys! Because my money is the same as everybody else's and it is not female or has accent.!!!!! You should treat the clients with Respect no matter the race, gender, accents or if I don't want to buy new tires!!!!!
