We have been in Florida for 10 years. In that period of time, we have used many contractors and service companies.We have honestly never had a company as dependable, professional, and ,as its name says, reliable as Reliable Shutters and Screens. Don't bother looking elsewhere.... this is the place to go for screened in patios!!

The salesman, Leo Acosta, was excellent. He took time, made sketches, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions. The install crew was very hard-working. They stayed on the job until everything was completed and cleaned up at the end of each day. They do need to work on their communication. I had to reach out to them a couple of times to get updates and status on the timeline. The work is high-quality, and we love our new sunroom!

Reliable Shutters & Screens successfully completed my new extension/room, which is fabulous. Recently I needed a minor repair which they adjusted to my satisfaction. They backed up their commitment to follow through if I had any concerns. I highly recommend Reliable Shutters & Screens.

First ever review, but had to leave one so other people don't suffer like I did. They increased the price by 10% one week before scheduled installation date, which is 3-4 months after signing contract. Then, the installation which was supposed to be done on 1 day took 5 days, and the office kept asking to pay full amount without knowing the status of the work. This firm is just UNRELIABLE, and seems to run on bunch of subcontractors that they have no control over. Please avoid at must.
