Called PMI on 6/15/2023 to do a small job. As of 6/29/2023 the have not called me back with a bid to complete the work.

After a walk through, it took 3 weeks to get back with a quote. The quote was TWICE the price of 6 other contractors in the area with same or more years of experience as well as great reviews from customers. Either they did not want to do the job or they are a total rip off.  So many more contractors in the area with great work, great referrals and FAIR pricing. STAY AWAY!

I contacted PMI due to a water leak around a second story window. It was leaking all the way into my master bedroom. They came out in a fairly prompt manner to assess and give me an estimate. The representative (Adam Wilson) said he would work on it and get back to me. After four days, I had heard nothing. I called and asked, and was told by the lady who answered the phone that it takes some time. This is not a large job by no means. But to us it was very important because it was raining in our bedroom when it rained outside. Three days after that, a week after he had first come out, I called and asked if I was going to hear something. She stated that he was working on it and that they were very busy. At this point Ill look elsewhere or do it myself. By no means would i recommend this company for anything. Gary Golob

Excellent company to work with! They are 1st class professionals. Highly recommended!!! We had a full kitchen renovation, tile flooring removed and new tile installed, bathroom shower installed, they knocked down a wall, ran electric, installed ceiling lights throughout the house and garage, installed garage sink, they installed crown molding, painted the entire house, changed out all the light switches, and many other things. Everything came out much better than expected. They made our 30 year old house look brand new and it's absolutely beautiful!!!! Great prices, very good and fast work, and great management! We truly couldn't be happier. They're the very best!! You'll be very happy if you work with them.
