Our furnace fuse blew and AC went out this Memorial day weekend, after googling and calling a few places Abdel returned our phone call right away on a Sunday and was here within 10 min as he was local. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue and was very reasonably priced. Definitely appreciate his dedication and willingness to help. He returned a couple days later to install our new thermostat. He goes above and beyond and being relatively new homeowners I am glad we found someone great who will be our go-to in the future. ProTech HVAC is fantastic. Professional, courteous and most of all great service. The boiler on my heating system stopped working on a cold Saturday night. I was looking for someone to come out on Sunday and I found ProTech. My call was returned within the the hour, and while he was about to head out for another job, said he could swing by on his way and take a look. The issue was diagnosed, the new part installed and my heat was back within 1/2 hour. I very highly recommend ProTech. Service: Heating system repair

I called Abdel on a Saturday during a heat wave as my A/C compressor was not working. He changed his schedule to stop by and diagnose the problem. We ended up replacing the unit. He completed the job three days ahead of schedule at a very fair price. Dealing with Abdel and his company was one of the best experience I have had in thirty years as a home owner.
