I don't know about the tree service but the guy in the Dooley with the full body wrap, that just cut me off while turning into the Publix plaza at southern trace is anything but professional. He just cut from the straight lane into the turning lane at the intersection while I was waiting my turn. When I threw my hands up to show my frustration at his arrogance, he flicked me a bird. So the curteousness and professionalism must just be for paying customers. The owner responded to my review that I must have been emotional and his dash cam "didn't" show anything. He cut me off while going straight on 466 then turned left, cutting me off, while turning into the Southern Trace Publix Plaza. So the camera did show he made that turn??? Just not cutting me off?? It wouldn't unless he has a rear dash cam. This was my response below to the owner who is making excuses for his drivers and has since deleted his post to me. I did screenshot his response below. His dashboard camera???? Really??? My emotions?? Again this further proves my point. You act like I did something wrong and I am mistaken. I did nothing wrong. My emotions were fine until he cut me off with my two children in the truck that I just picked up from school. His forward facing camera wouldn't show him cutting me off when he was in the straight lane then made a left turn into that Plaza; which again, was where I was waiting my turn to turn as well. He was probably going to get beer at Circle K in a company vehicle. I may be wrong, but don't make assumptions about me either. At the very least it would show him making a moving violation as I was behind him but I'm sure you would say that either. You could just admit he was wrong and apologize instead of attacking my character.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. The experience was easy from the beginning to the end. When completed with the job, my yard looked like they were never there. They cleaned up and put everything back in place. I would definitely use tip top tree service again. They definitely deserve a 5 star!

I loved using tip top tree service! This was actually the third quote that we received it was the most expensive however the service speaks for itself. The gentleman who came out and did the quote knew anything and everything about the trees and how how long they would last for with each service that he recommended whether it would be removing the whole tree or just the branches and the canopy. I would say that we did this service only because that we have solar panels and some of the trees in our backyard were blocking the solar light from coming in so we couldn't use our solar panels fully and I can accurately say ever since then we have gone up at least 25% in our solar energy. And on top of all of that every time I called within the first one to two rings somebody picked up the phone I never once had a question that they couldn't answer the only question I did have that took him a little bit to answer was if they accept American Express which they do if anybody's curious about that. I would definitely use it use again and would recommend.
