        Worst office staff ever. My mother has been trying to get a referral for a pulmonary specialist for 4 months, and the staff refuse to help. Then she had a severe breathing issue in their parking lot and the ladies just brushed her off and walked away. STAY AWAY!!!

        WORST customer service ever! The front desk receptionist is rude and never smiles! The building is run down and feels so dirty! They never help you get approval if needed from insurance (which is fine I can get my own approval) but when they know you aren't approved for your visit they don't tell you ahead of time ....instead reschedule after waiting months to get in! Very unprofessional place.
