        We have been waiting for a replacement door for 9 months,really???? Now we are having electrical issues and now he has ghosted us .

        Mark came out to my house and told me he would love to give me a bid on adding onto my home in Ocklawaha he came out walked the property gave me some ideas that he would put together a nice proposal a month and a half later I didnt hear from him he took my house plans And it took me almost 2 months to get them back I only did a spin my wheels for two months but I had to really be done his door in order to get my home plans back dont recommend this contractor at all unless you want to run around

        He did the build-out to my store, Gold In Art Jewelers, and I couldn't be happier. His key men, Juan and Ty, are perfectionists... neat, courteous, fast and trustworthy. I had many "special circumstances," like replicating a Gold Mine, that they worked their butts off, along with some artists from Orlando, to give me everything I asked for. I highly recommend this builder. No regrets.

        I was very concerned revamping my son's home to make it accessible with his electric wheelchair. I interviewed 4 companies before selecting MARK. Although, I thought my ideas were most efficient, Mark and Rick pointed out minor changes would save me money and allow me to sell this home if necessary it could be easily reverted to "NORMAL". Their expertise, professionalism and attention to detail made this entire process easier than I anticipated. Providing TOTAL PACKAGE > widening doors, flooring, electrical, plumbing, ramp and peace of mind - MARK RODRIGUEZ CONSTRUCTION!

      As a fellow contractor, I had hoped you, with your experience in the construction industry, had understood that with my own COVID situation/illness and scheduling issues resulting from it, I did indeed fall behind, and we texted to stay in touch. I did return your plans when requested. I did not ask for any deposit. From one builder to another, I'll be sure to give your company 4 Star General Contracting a review as well.
