Ford (his nickname or an alias, not his real name) took our deposit and then vanished. No shutters and no refund. Calls to this individual have gone unanswered since the day he took our deposit. I’m disappointed with myself for allowing him to defraud me.

I paid for my blinds more than a year and Im still waiting for Mr. Ford. He avoid my calls and dont respond my messages. Dont use this company. Never never Sylvia Marcano

Beware using this company. If you have contacted and had no response call your local police and sheriff. Please get a case number and they can match all the complaints. If anyone has a car plate for them please advise. They came out and measured my home for shutters and blinds and accepted my deposit. They did not complete the project- and will not return calls or e-mails. Service: Window installation

We contacted Lucky Shutters and Blinds to install blinds in our lanai several months ago. They came we picked our product only to be told months later the item was not available. Finally they showed up for a new design. Paid a deposit on the job, still waiting months, left several messages with several different numbers. Never received a call back from any of them . Highly disappointed in how they do business. If they are very busy an appropriate phone call explaining why the delay would be acceptable. But nothing. If you can not fulfill the job , return our deposit and we will be happy to take our business elsewhere . Reluctant to give one star at this point

Do NOT even think of using this company. The owner Ford is a nice young man and I think he might have good intensions but he is in way over his head and does not know how to run a business. He might be a good installer but his business is a disaster. His customer service is none existent. Don't be fooled by the low prices it will NOT be worth the aggravation even if he does the job and could be a total rip off because he might not come back. Once he has your deposit he will NOT keep you updated on your job. He will NOT take your calls. Once he gets your deposit you might not ever see him again and you will not be able to find him. He works out of his car. He doesn't have a shop so he can just vanish. Once you give him your money there isn't any recourse because he is a ghost. I had many sleepless nights because he had taken advantage of me and I had ZERO recourse. You can't track down a ghost. Do NOT even think of using this company. Service: Window repair
