Unfortunately this job did not have a positive or successful outcome. We continue to make our daily phone call and speak to the answering machine to discuss these issues with no avail.No apologies are necessary for not having a new truck, as long as it gets you where you need to be. When we hire someone that promises to complete a project in a timely manner and with quality that is what we expect. You promised you would provide timely updates when we spoke during the first week. Well weeks later, and as soon as our checks were cashed we stopped being able to reach you by phone. Your tools are still in the front yard, which, per our last phone message to you, we inform you they will be donated to Habit for Humanity if not collected today. (It is a curious thing how a landscaper could do without all these tools if they were busy working....) In any situation a person must communicate or the other party will naturally make assumptions. Our neighbors, incidentally were the ones to suggest that they have heard less than positive things about your business, which is what led us to do a little research. We are dissatisfied and disappointed that we can not work with you nor give you a favorable recommendation. Be well.

Dustin did a great job trimming our trees.  He was knowledgeable, personable, timely and efficient.  He cleaned up and hauled away the debris.  His pricing is very reasonable.  Highly recommend supporting this young man and his private business.
