        Place looks like a scrap yard, very difficult to work work, took two weeks to get my husband's property and had to use the insurance company to get it to happen. Very difficult people to work with.

        Out of state on Christmas eve. Car in front of us hit a piece of steel in the road, kicked it up and went through our radiator. Called AAA and Frank came out with a flatbed. He was kind, accommodating and helpful to get our car safely stored till after Christmas. Had Pro Car do the repairs. They finished the job within two days and at a fair price. They knew we had get back to Connecticut by a certain date. They were fair and reliable. Would recommend their services.

        Wow your right about the driver and the older gentleman with glasses great guys even helped me push my car outside the fence! but this little rude sucker at the counter made me mad enough to want to put hands on him!! They towed my car cause I broke down on the interstate never bothered to call me to let me know anything so when I came back with trailer that evening I found it was taken it had only been there 11hrs!! So when I finally found my car they charged me $509.75 cash!! I only came up with $500 cash so he told me I could go to the ATM up the road and get the other $9.75!! Well my cousin happened to have $10 on her and lent it the trainy was locked up so I asked if they could move it out side the fence cause they closed in 20 minutes and he said he could tow it out for another $50 so I had my girlfriend steer the car I got it out of gear and had to push it by hand out of fence before they closed!! So now my kids are screwed out of part of their gifts for Christmas I lost my job dealing with trying to recover my only transportation and this little inconsiderate guy here just poking the lion so to speak!! The worst experience I have ever had with any business hands down!!

        AAA sent them my dispatch at 12:45am and it is now 6:38am and they STILL havent made it out to me. Ive called all 3 numbers on their website and none of them work. AAA has tried to contact them and they cancel the call. So much for 24 hour service. Im 3 hours into a 40 hour drive and Ive been stuck waiting on this company for 6 hours. Gotta love it.

      Sorry to hear about your bad experience. The place looks like a scrap yard because we are a scrap yard and tow company. I had to really search for your name to figure out which vehicle was in question. It is because you were not the owner of the motorcycle in question. The Florida Statutes clearly state we can only release vehicle or vehicle contents to the registered owner. Looking at the Florida DMV listing you were not the registered owner. Unfortunately we are strictly governed by the State of Florida, Florida Highway Patrol and Sumter County Sheriffs office when a vehicle is impounded under their jurisdiction and we cannot deviate from those laws at all. In the future having your name as a named owner will help you retrieve any property you need to

      Unfortunately we do not just TAKE vehicles off the interstate. We are called by either Florida Highway Patrol or Sumter County Sheriffs Office to remove abandon vehicles from the roadway. A search of your name in our records indicate that FHP requested we tow your mustang as they deemed it abandon. Please know we have no control over that. We are strictly governed by FHP and they decide all the pricing and the rules we must follow.The counter man you referenced, followed each of their laws/rules/regulations exactly how they are written. Anytime a vehicle is towed by law enforcement these are the exact rules we follow. We did not do this just to you, it is protocol for every single vehicle we impound. Just like the public is required to follow Florida Law, so are we. Sorry for the inconvenience to you but this really should be taken up with the Agency that requested the vehicle removed.

      Unfortunately we denied the call because our driver was already on a long tow and not able to assist in this tow. AAA has several facilities that serve this area. Perhaps you should call AAA and have them find service for you.
