I have been on the market for a new AC and you know how stressful can be. Thanks god I found out Southern Confort. Upfront pricing, arrived on time, worked hard, delivered an amazing product with great workmanship. Ashley and Charity were very helpful answering all my questions. And of course TJ (the legend) was the one who installed the unit and answered all of the my technical questions. Hes absolutely amazing. Once again thank you all for exceptional service.

TEN PLUS STARS!!! Three years ago my AC stopped working. I called a different company that was recommended by several neighbors. After looking at my unit for 10 minutes I was told it was struck by lightening and I would need a complete system for $4500. Being a winter resident, AC was not a top priority and funds were low at the time. For 3 years the unit sat outdoors with no attention. Last week I called Southern Comfort to get a second opinion but mostly figuring it would be an estimate for an entire system. Jonathan came, did a few tests, and within 10 minutes found a bare wire rubbing on the compressor motor. He did a full service and also found a weak condenser. He fully serviced the unit and had to install another thermostat because previous company took my old one. The charge for all this ... $415!!! Less than a tenth of what I would have paid to the other company. Jonathan was thorough in making sure everything was right. I waited a week to post this review to make sure I wasn't dreaming and also to make sure the unit worked in both heat and cold. And it does ... PERFECTLY!!! Thank you SOUTHERN COMFORT! Jonathan is truly an asset to your company!

I've been using Southern Comfort since I bought my Webster house in 2004. My a/c recently decided to take a break unfortunately the day before I was leaving town for a week. Courtney was able to move some things around and get technician Jonathan over to the house in less than an hour who did a bang up job on troubleshooting and correcting my issue.
