        Having used Farm Credit for all my lending needs-I have come to value their instutional knowledge, low cost lending, patronage refunds and overall professionalism. My agent; Sage Gray is the epitome of customer service and she alone deserves 5 stars too.

        I do not find any of the branches customer friendly. They are totally disconnected from each other. If your loan does not work out for one area you must repeat the process if you find a home that happens to be in another county. They must be franchise's I find this method of doing business very frustrating in an already frustrating process.
