    I visited Dr. Godoy's office with the knowledge that I needed work under a crown. The front office is friendly and the facility is clean. Dr. Godoy sent me to a specialist because she questioned if a root canal was necessary. It would require a CT scan that she didn't the equipment for. After visiting the office of the specialist that she referred me to, it was determined that a root canal wasn't needed. Returning to Dr. Godoy with the good news she then filled the cavity and left me in the hands of her assistant who then took the impression for the new crown.I received a temporary crown in the interim because I was told it would take two weeks before the new crown would be available. 12 days later the temporary crown fell off. The good news was that the new crown was at the office. Dr. Godoy then installed the new crown and then sent me to another specialist for additional an implant. Dissatisfied with the bill this specialist proposed for the implant I went to another dentist of my own choosing. I told the dentist of the discomfort I was experiencing with the new crown placed by Dr. Godoy. He indicated the reason was because the crown was mis-sized and needed to be replaced. This dentist had also performed a CT scan as part of his diagnosis for the implant as well. Never did he mention a root canaI was required on that tooth. I returned to Dr. Godoy for two issues. The crown was a completely different color from the rest my teeth, darker and grey, and the discomfort I was having that was caused by the improper sizing. When I visited Gr. Godoy's office to share my pain and displeasure at the discoloration and improper sizing, Dr. Godoy said I needed a root canal and left with nothing being done. Money down the drain. My recommendation is you visit someone else.

    Horrible customer service and office staff. I would take starts off if I could. Their staff is always making mistakes. I do not recommend them.

    I had two crowns completed in 2017 by this dentist office and was happy. I have insurance and I paid the difference. A year later I go back for a cleaning and find that my insurance company paid more on my account so I had a credit of $350.00 dollars. No one called me.       ( They just planed on keeping my money) Who does that? So then another year goes by and at this cleaning they demand I have a deep cleaning done on my teeth or they would not see me anymore. ( More funny businessI I find out later about this dintist) So I have this completed and this uses the last of my credit and I pay what I think is the balance. Then I get a bill for $30.00. Next month I get a bill for $50.00. Next month I get a bill for $40.00. Needless to say I have I not paid the bill since they kind of stole money from me / my insurance company and the amount due is floating up and down. Now they have sent this small amount to a collection company and I now owe $63.00. Now I am going to go pay my bill. I have moved on to a new dentist. Save your self do not walk in the front door of this dentist office. You will regret it in the end.

    Disappointing - been about 7 months since I needed to get back in for a cleaning but also needed a crown. "You need to come in for a new treatment plan" the lady says. I told her nothing has changed and I would like a crown. "Let me look.... well we would need to do a consultation and then a treatment plan". It seems these people are programmed to take you to the bank (Across From Street) and rip you off. I am finding a new dentist, I am not interested in this sort of trash, you are a dental facility, you work on teeth! Luckily there are 20 other dental offices nearby, should easily be able to find someone better "Frown Viera"

    I give them 2 stars and they are both for the dentist and dental assistant only.  I am very disappointed in the front office staff, specifically Ambria.  I had to speak with her several times about my dental insurance and even had to call to verify my own insurance for her, then gave her the information(which she said wasn't saved in the system...after she didn't remember speaking to me about it), called repeatedly about the insurance and then payments.  I have been a patient for a few years, I have Delta Dental, I have always made my appointments, and made my payments in the office and when billed from insurance.  I will not drive 1 1/2 hours to a dental office, just because I like the dentist, when the office staff is unprofessional and incompetent.  Good luck, I will find a new dentist.
