All-Rite Water Purification

My interactions with All Rite have been with technician Josh, who seems very knowledgeable and competent. His recommendations fixed my issue, and he never tried to upsell me into getting replacements for existing equipment that was still adequately functioning, and did repairs on what wasn't. He has stopped by multiple times, in between other service calls in the area, to check my water and make whatever adjustments were required to get my water softening right. I'm almost floored at the level of service, competence, consideration of my budget, and honesty I've experienced. Why can't all companies treat people so well? And to top things off, Josh even drove up the street to run down and return my escaped (my fault) large dog, leaving his truck in the middle of the street to do so. So if you're looking for a trustworthy company that provides excellent service look no further. I'm their customer for life.

A technician was here Friday to fix our hard water. Turns out what he did caused our water to be the worst it has ever been. I called this am and let them know what was going on and that we cant use our water because its so bad. I had a prior commitment to cook for a baby shower and couldnt even use our water. I was told by All Rite water to put it in a bypass to deal with the hard water because it was to late for the tech to come out and fix this water. I was disappointed on how this was handled. This is the worst experience I have ever had with them but I will be looking for another company that has better customer service. Oh and of course the manager is now out of the office until 12/12/22 so there is no one for me to talk to.
