I was having a mold issue and I was told by a friend Mr. Restore is who I should call. After the girl who awnsers the phone got an attitude with me and was very unprofessional I'll take my business somewhere else

Watch homes in the neighborhood. One of our customers master bedroom ceiling fell in. Within 5 hours, estimated cost sent to insurance, and their team had the roof sealed with a tarp, wet cowling and insulation removed. Fans were set up to dry walls and furniture in the room. They are very much on top of it all. Really know what they are doing Services: Mold inspection, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Water damage-related mold removal

Very unhappy with our experience with Mr. Restore. My grandfather had a failed mold test in his house and needed it cleaned. When Mr Restore showed up they told us they needed a $6000 check from my grandfather to start working without looking at or signing any paperwork even though my grandfather has homeowners insurance. When my grandfather wrote the check they told him he needs to be out of the house because they are going to fumigate it so he left and wasnt able to see any of the work they were doing. When we got back they were gone and left all the air scrubbers running throughout the house and did not come back to replace any filters or do any follow up. The next time they came was to pick up their equipment 7 days later. When they came back for their equipment and took all the plastic down they ripped paint off the walls and left staples in the walls. And my grandfathers insurance told him that they charged too much and should have never written a check to them because that is not common business practice and when she reached out to Mr Restore the owner left her a scathing message about how she needs to pay them the full amount. We will not be recommending Mr Restore to anyone. I gave them 2 stars and not 1 because they came in a timely manner and the man who did the work was nice and we did pass the mold test after the 7 days.

A pipe had burst in the back of my toilet. Water spread quickly as it traveled through my bathroom, bedroom, livingroom and settled in the kitchen area. I was so relieved when Jed arrived around 130. He explained what would need to be done as I showed him the rooms affected. He was very knowledgable and assured me he would get the job done in one day. Jed worked diligently and was very careful w fragile pieces . Jose showed up to assist him w debris removal. By 620 they were finished w all fans and humidifiers set in place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!
