Pat has helped us with a variety of extensive repairs, some of which have been unique. He has great subcontractors when needed. He oversees their work when we are out of town. His team has been responsive to unusual requests as well. We have been very comfortable having Pat be our house manager.

I have used Pat and Innovative for several projects over the past few years as he has done much work for other owners in our condo building. He is honest and hardworking and has gone above and beyond the call of duty to find us the best prices for our renovation work. The results have been spectacular. More recently, Hurricane Ian has been a point of frustration for everyone in Florida as building materials have been in short supply and projects have been delayed as a result, but Pat and his crew got us through our renovation in record time! I highly recommend him.

We discovered a mold problem that was extensive in A/C system of our house. Required major work to remove the mold and restore our house back to normal Pat Rogusky (owner) was at our house everyday for 6 wks to supervise the renovation. We used all subcontractors that he recommended and all were great. We had to move out and I knew Pat would be at our house to oversee the project. He was very fair with the billing. My wife is Type A perfectionist with our house. She was so, so satisfied with Innovative Restoration. I have recommended him to multiple friends and all have been very pleased. My son owns a HomeWatch service and sees all sorts of issues and he refers all clients to Innovative Restoration
