My sister, Andrea Thurn, is a partner at this firm. I filed suit against her for her breach of fiduciary duty Oct 11, 2019. We settled ,one of the terms of settlement was to complete required forms to transfer a property in CA as settlement of my lawsuit. Because it required submitting Andrea Thurn is the most useless incompetent I have ever encountered. My attorney, while reviewing filings done by my sister Andrea Thurn, noticed a mistake made in a trust filing, which pales in comparison to the attempt to defraud and steal from her brother My sister withheld all documents for a number of trusts to steal, divert funds and enrich herself despite a legal obligation to represent my best interests. She did exactly the opposite. I am coming to collect the balance due. My sister refused to fulfill the terms of the settlement agreement. She has 5 professional licenses and I am preparing to file complaint starting with the board of accountancy This firm continues to employ Andrea despite what would lead to dismissal from any reputable firm. Find a reputable accounting firm elsewhere, this firm employs Andrea Thurn, who was so stupid she put every professional license she has at risk out of stupidity, avarice and greed. After the settlement was signed, Andrea Thurn then refused to hand over the trust documents she was required to as terms of the settlement. Incompetence mismanagement and stupidity is what I have learned to expect from Andrea. Numerous examples to date but this was by far the dumbest thing she has ever done. Stealing from your brother is about as low as it gets I am not done with her until I am paid in full. Andrea Thurn was trustee, administrator and supervised the creation of my father's trusts, she is wholly responsible for her own actions. I look forward to notifying every licensing agency Andrea Thurn holds professional licenses from.
