I have known the owner for many years, great people, honest, direct and they get the job done. They are a small family owned Company that doesn't have huge advertising costs and were always up the point with me. I've recommended them several times. I was in a bind, I owed the IRS and the State of Connecticut thousands of dollars. Then I found Fast Tax Help. I had spoken with dozens of companies before speaking with Fast Tax Help. All of the companies I had spoken with wanted nothing but money upfront with promises of unrealistic results. Fast Tax Help fully explained the options available to me with both the State and the Federal Departments of Revenue and the options that were available to me. I learned more in the first call with Russell with Fast Tax Help than I did from the last 5 or 6 companies I had spoken to, he took the time to explain the solutions, actually cared about what I wanted out of hiring his firm. In the end my Federal Tax Liability was eliminated and I actually got a refund check from the IRS, how they did that was through using penalty waivers and complicated use of the tax code. With the state I am paying them 17% of my income until the balance, however the company is working to reduce that payment down to 10%. It was 25% they got it lowered to 17% so I could afford my bills yet they are still working to reduce my payment. I paid them over 5 months while they did the work and not upfront, I had paid them in full and they still stay in touch with me every week or so to ensure me that they are still working to reduce my payment with the State and to ensure that I stay on track to never owe taxes again. There are absolutely no words to express how lucky I got when I found Bailey Tax & Consulting, Inc. I was looking at just about every company that does tax relief and they were nothing but high pressure salesman who wanted to nickel and dime me for everything they could to help me with my IRS problem. There are several programs out there to help with your tax situation that not one of these other tax relief companies told me about them it was only about how they wanted to put me further in debt with their fees. I found Bailey Tax & Consulting by mistake one day (an ad I saw) and decided to call them and find out exactly what they were about. I talked first to a gentleman by the name of Russell. From the first second I talked with him, I knew more about what they exactly do, the programs available to help either reduce or illuminate my tax problem than anyone else told me about in 6-8 phone calls made. It was like knowing this person all of my life. He has been doing this for over 30 years, and is a very knowledgeable and has a true genuine voice of sincerity to help. Not knowing this company (which is in Florida) I had hesitations but after 1 phone call and listening to this gentleman, I decided to go with them to handle my case. At first they werent sure since I was in Arizona and they were in Florida, they decided to take my case and I am so HAPPY that they did. They have been outstanding and have accomplished what they said they were going to do from day one. They have worked relentlessly on may case and they got it done. I highly recommend anyone in some type of tax problem to use this company (even though they are in Florida) because I assure you that they wont let you down. I feel so comfortable and grateful to Bailey Tax & Consultants because they stayed in contact with me through all the phases of the process, from start to finish and then some.
