        The staff at UPS are absolutely the best even when they have a new person hired that person is just as polite as the rest. I have experienced UPS employees throughout the United States and Wells Fargo could take a lesson from their customer service. It does not matter who you are what you look like the color of your skin, they all treat everybody with the upmost professional courtesy. The shipping process that the packages go through are an entirely different category, but the customer service staff ranks the best

        Most of the employees are friendly and professional, but not all of them. I was fortunate to have Spencer as my customer service agent. The photo/printing area is confusing to me and the last person I asked about the products and services knew nothing and provided no information. I am an artist and could be using this service a lot, but not enough "knowledge" in that department at this location.

        The employees are fast, efficient, helpful and friendly. I wish I could remember the man who helped me today. He was very helpful - he showed me how to use the Kiosk. I was returning an Amazon package. I have only had to wait a few minutes in line before I am helped. It is great! They sell boxes and things on the shelves and the prices are clearly shown.
