Stay away, if you can. We have a new home in Palm Bay. They installed and have us under contract for 2 years for the septic system. This is unfortunate, as a result, it makes other companies hesitant to work on your system because it could void your warranty. We had an issue with our system that was pointed out by one of their technicians and then finally the health department. When we called them to inform them: they didn't return our phone calls. When they finally answered the phone the woman was rude and seemed annoyed. She told us twice someone was coming out, but no one ever did.
After months, I was finally able to get them to come out to do repairs, but I had to threaten her with reporting them to the county. Still after telling her I was calling the county to report them, she was not apologetic or showed any remorse. If I could leave this company behind right now, I would. When our contract is up we will not stay with them. If you have a say in using them or not, I would stay far away.

I have called 5 times for them to email me a service contract and I have yet to receive one I have never had to work so hard to give someone money!

Unreliable or dependable! Poor customer service! Extreme lack of communication! Always late or no shows to appointments or service calls! They do not perform their service inspections as agreed! Save yourself the frustration and headaches. Do not use Brian Davis Septic for anything! Aerobic septic alarms go off for days and after making numerous calls and appointments they are no shows/no calls! They don't come to perform pumpouts on these systems when scheduled..No way to leave messages and they do not answer phone calls! Unable to flush, do laundry, wash dishes or shower for days.

Horrible customer service. As a new home owner, they were in charge of my septic maintenance for the first two years. Never showed up at least once. Made calls to them three times for separate issues and was greeted with with poor service. I have moved on to much more reliable company and will never call again.
