This is what I deal with every time a renter moves out of the house next door to me on Old Dixie Hwy. The last renter was only here for two months. Already been three weeks or longer looking at garbage. The people who moved in last had to clean up the last mess left from the renters before them. Not a very responsible company. Maybe the county needs to start fining them or the owner to get their attention. This is the last time I will wait for them to clean a mess up like this. I will start reporting them instantly from now on. Please clean this up and do the job you are paid for in the future!!!

Don't ever rent from them!!!!! They charged me $500 to have someone move undamaged furniture from the garage back into the house. I was never sent a certified letter about my security deposit. They had me new address too. It was sent to house they told me to move out of. ( it was being sold ) I sent them a dispute letter. And I never heard from them!!!! PS. The house was not move in ready when I rented it. Things were broken and it was dirty!!!

Words aren't enough to express the gratitude I have for Ted Jackson. I was searching for a house that had separate living quarters for a family member. These are hard to come by and I was doing this during the peak of the housing market. Ted searched high and low looking for anything that might work for me. After many houses and multiple offers on different properties, I found a place that fit my needs perfectly. The sale came with many challenges including the closing dates getting pushed 3 times, an unexpected water issue with the house and the actual closing time getting moved 4 times in a single day. Ted never wavered in his belief that this would all work out for me. He kept me grounded and confident and worked himself to the bone to get this done for me. My closing was pushed out so far that it overlapped with a pre-planned vacation of Ted's. This did not stop him from calling me and working for me while he was supposed to be enjoying his time off. Ted was at the purchase house for several different inspections and found plumbers to come out last minute to research the water issues and present us quotes for repairs. He was doing this just days before closing and had amendments being cared for up until the day of the closing. Come the day of the closing, the sellers found themselves in a bit of a situation and Ted rolled up his sleeves and spent 3 hours helping the sellers move in the brutal heat of July. He did this not just because he was looking out for me, his client, but because Ted is an amazing human who works hard for his clients and does the best for them while always being kind and working with integrity. I wish Ted was in a different occupation where I could use his services every month because I would in a heart beat, but I am extremely grateful that he was my realtor during the purchase of my new house!! I am just an average person purchasing an average priced home, but Ted made me feel like I was someone elite and he worked only for me and had my back watching both my needs and my funds! No matter what you need, where you are shopping from or what complications might bubble up, Ted is your realtor. There is no one better, works harder and really cares for his clients.
