Beware of the lack of professionalism and accountability exhibited by this company! We had planned to replace all shower heads, the kitchen faucet, and our bathroom faucets, entrusting Synder with the job. The technician provided a list of required pieces and supplies, which we promptly acquired from Lowe's. However, few hours after settling the fees, we discovered an overcharge discrepancy. It turned out the technician misrepresented the arrival and departure times, which we were able to rectify using security camera footage. Furthermore, the technician incorrectly billed us for driving time, exceeding the permissible limit of each way. Despite being caught, the technician cited being a new hire and unfamiliar with the policy. A few days later, we noticed a leak in the bathroom faucet. Opting to resolve the issue promptly, ultimately we engaged another plumber. Snyder, acknowledging the overcharges, refunded half of the excess fees. Unfortunately, less than three months later, the kitchen faucet they installed is noticeably loose. Contacting them again, we were met with a dismissive response claiming, "it is not our fault, find another plumber." This raises concerns about their commitment to standing behind the quality of their work. Are they suggesting that they do not offer any warranty for their services? Exercise caution when considering this company for your plumbing needs.

Had leaking valve on hot water heater replaced. Also replaced valves on toilets and bathroom sinks, valves under kitchen sink and new kitchen faucet installed. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was great. Making the appointment was easy. The plumber who handled the job arrived on time and did a really fantastic job. He explained everything, did the job quickly & efficiently, gave us updates on his progress and was just a pleasure to have in our home. Job was priced fairly and all parts were high quality. I highly recommend Snyder Plumbing! Very happy customer.
