Green Island Lawn & Pest, Inc.

I hired Green Island last March for monthly lawn and pest control. The technician was nice enough, but always seemed in a rush with anxiety. I mentioned many times that my grass was looking worse. I was always told it was lack of water. Perhaps true, but my neighbors with same water looked great. After an EXTREMELY rude conversation with the owner, I fired them. Now, I find out, my lawn had been inundated with cinch bugs. Never discovered, never treated. Incredibly bad. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are pathedic.

This cimpany is worthless The lady driving the little green (impala ) car around almost caused 2 wrecks and then took off. What's that say about your company. Don't run people off the road in the car your using to advertise in

Extremely deplorable customer service, from this company. Wanted to reach out and hire this company for lawn care. The company rep B****E, sent me a price quotation for a yearly contract. I had a few questions, since it was not clear. Very next day I receive an increased price quote from the sales rep B****E. When I enquired about the sudden increase of $270/- per year from the price quotation sent just a day, the reply was price increase is based on our interactions and foreseeable future issues to cover administrative expenses. When as a paying customer I tried get my doubts clarified, the sales manager, sent me a message stating Unfortunately, we arent going to be able to help you, we feel its best for you to contact a different vendor. This level of customer service is pathetic Shame on this company. Please be beware.
