I highly recommend Abbe and Alan Chane as outstanding realtors! Hire them to make a potentially stressful transaction seamless! When it came time to sell my home in Vero Beach it was an easy decision to employ the services of Abbe and Alan Chane. As a long time friend of Abbe's, I knew she was someone I could trust to have my best interests in mind, especially with all the decisions that come with prepping a home for sale. I am familiar with Abbe's loyalty, attention to detail, and outstanding work ethic and after meeting Alan, well, let's just say they are definitely a match! Alan and Abbe were able to manage an extra layer of complexity as I sold my home from across the country and we needed to communicate mostly by phone and email due to a 3 hour time difference. They were in constant communication with me patiently answering my countless questions and were even available for help with last minute repairs.
