My wife and recently decided to invest our money in rental properties. We gave Kyle And Logan Barbre our purchasing scenario. After they had all their Ts and Is crossed based on our purchasing criteria, we both felt so comfortable and confident that they would find us exactly what we were looking for. We surrendered to them a budget of roughly 350k cash to secure the two properties sight unseen and they did exactly that. Upon closing it was such a breeze over the internet and simple. After all was said and done, the properties exceeded our expectations and today the properties we have rented have almost doubled in value. The Barbre team, as we call them our B team, amazed us on such an easy flawless transaction and highly recommend them to anyone in search of their Dream home or investment property. I was blessed to have found Logan and Kyle through Zillow. They are such a wonderful team who worked hard to make sure we found a home that worked for our situation! They were super easy to work with and genuinely cared about us and our needs throughout the entire process. Although we had some mishaps (on the sellers side), they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We couldn't be more happy with choosing them to be our realtors and are so very thankful for our new friends. I recommend them 1000% if you need a realtor, you will not regret it!

Kyle and Logan are two realtors who arent just in it for the money, but they genuinely show interest, give support, and care about you as their client. My fianc and I werent having the best of luck when it came to touring and placing bids, but Logan and Kyle continued to support us, advise us, and encourage us that a house would come up - even if it took some time. They never pushed us to go with the first house and never complained/seemed annoyed when we asked them to drive out (a few times) for certain occasions. These two realtors are genuine - looking out for you as their client but also as a human being. They were so quick with their paperwork, responded almost immediately when we had a question, and investigated all the houses that we wanted to tour. These two are the real deal! Im happy to say that we have officially closed on our first home!
