Firehouse Subs Vero Beach

Painfully slow service, over 15 mins after ordering for a sub with nobody ahead of me. This location needs help, it looks dirty, poor service and increasing prices. Will not be back.

I have been eating here at least once a week. Recently my order has not been correct. Today I ordered a club on a sub and got yellow cheese turkey and bacon with a large amount of mayonnaise sort of hard to take back if you order take out. Im less likely to eat there now

First thing, did not get the usual Welcome to Firehouse Subs greeting. The older woman at the register was not very friendly, like she didnt want to be there. I will say the other women making the subs were friendly but all the women were gossiping behind the counter about what Im assuming were their coworkers . In the meantime the dining room and drink area was a mess. Instead of chatting, go clean your dining room! If you have time to lean, you have time to clean. I will say my sub was very tasty but Im not sure if I will return. Im not sure what happened but this place really went downhill. Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten free bread but its a $2.50 up charge.
