        My wife and I celebrated a special night tonight with a dinner at the Polo Grill. We were fortunate and happy to have Steve as our waiter. He was very professional, friendly and attentive. We got the sense that Steve really wanted to make the experience totally enjoyable and it was. We will be back again soon. Jim and Cathy

      Wow, our team bent over backwards for you wife with smiles and grace. The server made no less than five trips to speak with the chef about creating a special meal for her and created a special sauce just for her on a busy night. When the service manger spoke to the table your wife was upset the she had to pay of sides but never a mention of steaks. While on the subject of steaks we take great pride in sorcing our beef. The 45 day dry aged ribeye was from brasstown ranch which has a cult following with limited availability and our guests constantly rave over its flavor. The New York strip is Prime which is the highest grade possible and they are sourced from Certified Angus Beef. Additionally we have our steaks aged beyond CAB specs from increased tenderness.
