Worst experience ever! Avoid this place if you can. TERRIBLE billing experience where we spent 2.5 hours over 6 phone calls trying to communicate our insurance information (and they are In Network). Over 8 months later and they still can't get it right. Actually, I think their failures are a convenient SCAM to try and get clients to pay out of pocket. The counseling experience SUCKED also. The counselor failed to motive or engage our teenager over 3 sessions. Really?? As mental health professionals isn't that their obligation in caring for their patients? Find another place.

Customer service is great. The receptionists are always courteous and respectful. I genuinely feel like the doctors don't care about what is happening in your life and they don't treat the underlying issues with any kind of psychological approach. They're very quick to assign labels to you without regard to the events that contribute(d) to your current mental health, and without attempting to discuss why you feel the way that you do. I feel like I'm talking to a wall with every appointment I have -- that they think I'm only going to them for more drugs. There are many online psychiatry services that will readily write prescriptions for any ailment you can concoct; so, if I really wanted more drugs then I would go down that route. I don't want more drugs. I just want to feel better. I've been through a lot the past few years (as I'm sure many have) and I try to talk about my problems during these sessions and how I'm feeling but half the time they are actually not even listening and/or typing up (insurance?) notes. I actually stopped talking at one point because the psychiatrist seemed to be annoyed that I was still talking and interfering with their note-taking. Either way, the notes they take don't seem to do me any good because it feels like they've forgotten who I even am with every subsequent appointment. This is an outpatient clinic and they treat their consumers like inpatients. There is no personalized care. They fail to realize that there are idiosyncratic variables contributing to their patients' health and that treatment is not a "one size fits all."
