SureStay Plus By Best Western Vero Beach

I made a reservation about 2 weeks before my scheduled arrival and l believed that there would be no problems with it but l arrived on the 15th of September to find that this Country Inn & Suites by Radisson is actually closed. I believe now it is being taken over for bankruptcy purposes or something similar. So making a reservation might not be advisable for a while. Good luck with your choices!!!

Used 2 rooms, 1 room was fine, 2nd room had a faulty lock and could not be opened, with guest inside,. Mgmt had to retrieve key to get room open and guest had to be moved to another room. No concession was provided for this inconvenience, and had there been a fire emergency that guest could have died. In addition, credit card was charged for 3 rooms and deposits with deposits and 1room charge not removed for several days. Was told by mgmt no concession for inconvenience because guest was provided another room, and refund of deposits could take 5-7 days. Very dissatisfied with this service.
