The 2 stars are for the kind, polite and professional staff only. I went in for excruciating pain after 5 days for my tooth. I was charged $95 for the visit, since I don't have insurance. They took my info and 2 xrays. All the doc did was knock on 2 teeth to see where it hurt and told me I need a root canal and crown. Oh, but then she said they don't do that and I need to see a private dentist. Hey, if I could have afforded a private dentist, I would have gone there first. But I thought this place was to help people who can not afford such procedures. Waste of time for me.

Dr Clay is truly the best Dr ever. He was very sensitive and caring to my pain. I would /will recommend he to all. Thank you so much. Breanne was a joy as well.

Had an outstanding dental appointment with Dr. Omar and Kara yesterday! The care they provide is amazing and the team there is awesome! I would highly recommend the services at Vero Dental!

Been here a couple of times and never had any issues! Everyone is usually super nice. Well.. that was until today. I got to my appointment and approached the window to write down my name and the time I got there and one of the ladies at the desk tells the other lady that someone is at the window, mind you Im just filling my info, Im in no rush so I havent said a word. The other girl screams I KNOW SOMEONE IS AT THE WINDOW SHE CAN WAIT A FRICKING MINUTE. I guess she had no idea that the window was open and I could hear her screaming, so I just looked at her and said: its ok, Im waiting. She just grabbed the paper I wrote my name and time and closed the window right on my face so.. yeah. This one is probably one of the worst offices in Vero, dont book your appointments here. Im here waiting to be seen as Im writing this still waiting for an apology that Im most likely not getting. BE NICE, it doesnt cost you anything.
