Love the coffee and food. The service is so very slow. Could take 20 to 30 minutes even when youre the only car in drive through. Even if its only coffee its still 20 to 30 minutes. Always people leaving without ordering. Takes way to long. This is every time we go. Might have to switch to Starbucks. Yuck whos got 20 minutes for a cup of coffee?

The wait is too long, person at the register was in a bad mood and gave me the wrong muffing not the one that I ordered, one of the staff was pulling up his pants from rear end and not cleaning hands before making food and drinks. Another staff member is cleaning his hands on his shirt and grabbing a dozen donuts with his hands while using one piece of paper that was not really covering the donuts, better service going to the one located in US1

Because of the lack of service, I will never go back to a Dunkin' donuts again.
