Charging twice the price for dairy free is the most disrespectful and disappointing thing Ive ever seen an ice cream shop do. Ive never seen any ice cream place charge twice the price for someone having a serious allergy and not being able to have dairy. Its not someones fault for not being able to digest dairy and they shouldnt be punished for it. Other ice cream shops in Indian river county do not charge twice for non dairy.

If there was a way to just give 0 stars I would. The prices on the menu online are cheaper than the ones in the shop. My sandwich was $5 dollars more expensive. And the size of the sandwich is definitely not worth 15 dollars. It was soggy and falling a part when it was supposed to be toasted
The croissant looked like it was from a gas station. It was more like a piece of bread.
Highly recommend to skip this place.

The food is usually good and fairly quick. We ordered a Reuben sandwich and a spinach salad. The Reuben was perfect, lots of corned beef, cheese, and thousand Island dressing. While it didn't have sauerkraut, it made up for it by having a generous amount of corned beef and being warm. The spinach salad was good overall with lots of pepitas, almonds, feta cheese, chicken, and beets. The Asian sauce was delicious. However, the "spinach" salad only had 1 very thin layer of spinach on the top and the majority of it was just spring salad. Although I really enjoyed it, I was disappointed that it wasn't a true spinach salad, really just a salad. The food took quite a while to arrive, but the weather was beautiful outside and we weren't in a hurry, so that was alright, just disappointed with the slow service. It was not their usual service and meal, but good enough to give them another try.

My visit to Cravings was amazing, all thanks to Eileen. She was so friendly and really cared about making our visit special. Eileen knew exactly how to make us feel welcome and took the time to chat with us, making our time there even better. She showed us what great customer service is all about, making sure everyone felt important and happy.
