Worst Ford ever. We had to wait a month just to get an appointment for them to look at the issues we are having with our new expedition. The service department is straight garbage and un-professional. The guys at the counter straight up told me that my vehicle wasn't under warranty when we just bought the vehicle a few months ago and also purchased an extended warranty through ford. The guy claiming he was a manager said it's your problem figure it out. WORST PLACE EVER, I WOULD FIRE EVERYONE AT THIS STORE EVEN THE OWNER. Ford should be ashamed of themselves. What a way to treat a veteran and his wife. DO NOT GO HERE, GARY YEOMAN IN PALM BAY IS AT LEAST A PLACE THAT PRIDES THEMSELVES IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

The service manager needs to be replaced with someone that has better customer service skills customer service is absolutely terrible at this facility Its no wonder they cannot keep employees to do basic quick Lane service you will book an appointment to wait for hours.
