Went for a front wheel bearing. They told me they couldnt do it wheel bearing was too rusty etc, brought it to another mechanic, took him 45 minutes, the guy didnt even use a heat torch or an air hammer, and it wasnt as much as these people were gonna charge me. On top of that, when J&j returned my vehicle to me, they didnt tell me that they broke a stud off for the lug nut when the wheel was removed, they couldve let me know that rather than let me drive out and have a potential accident. If youre looking for a real shop, this isnt the one. Bunch of sleeze bags

Drove down from SC last week and a couple days after getting here I started hearing my brakes grinding. Day by day it got worse. I asked a couple friends to recommend a good place to take it and J&J Auto came up a few times. Brought the car in first thing this morning with no appointment, spoke with John and left the car with him. Not even half an hour later he gives me a call and explained the rear brakes needed to be replaced. The front brakes still looked good for at least a few thousand miles. So, I just had him do the rear for now. Called me back around 2:00 and let me know the car was ready to be picked up. I just had the brakes on my other car replaced a couple months ago back in SC and paid more and the service was now nearly as good. The garage was spotless, the couple people I dealt with were friendly and professional. Wish they were in SC!
