        Bradley from Bates Air came to my home to service our AC unit. He is a real professional. What I admired most about Bradley is that he removed his shoe before coming into our home. That small gesture, spoke volume for us since we do not wear shoes in our home. Thank you Bradley and Bates Air and Heat!

He has always been fair, and if there was a question of a warranty issue, he worked very diligently to be sure to put any work under warranty.
