        From the first initial call with Custom Wine Cellar Miami Florida we received our quote and it took about a week to get the design back. Felt like they really listened to my idea of a great cellar. The project moved smoothly and beautifully.

        Stay away from this company. There are a TOTAL scam! They charged us at front $75K with the excuse that they needed to order the materials. That was in January 2022. The project supposed to be finished in 3 months. They took the money and they came the first day to broke the wall and never showed up again. We were calling them, texting them and there was no answer no response or just bs excuses. Only when we tell them we will sue the company, they hardly ever showed up to work for only 2 hours and left, leaving a mess. Its December already and we are still battling with them. The worst part is that they are already being sued by another client. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. THIS PEOPLE ARE LIERS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL (Jonathan Ay the designer, Manny the contractor even Steve Pantalemon the owner)
