Nicolette and team did a major home renovation project at my house which spanned over 3 weeks. The team is highly skilled - jedi masters in home improvement - they are courteous, very friendly and responsive! In my experience, no other home improvement company even comes close to the level of skill and customer service as them. What I specifically liked was also that they were clear, honest - they would tell me if one of my ideas wouldn't work - and they could provide viable / cost effective alternatives. The pricing is extremely competitive. I'd give Nicolette, Gus and the team of home improvement engineers my highest rating and highly recommend them!!

Control of this company has been taken over in late 2019 by air conditioning contractor Gus Melo and his wife - Nicolette (Nicole) Flores Melo. Nicole is a known thief and con artist who has been arrested 6 times, 2 of them for false reports to LEO. Gus and Nicole started doing remodeling under an elderly man's Certified General Contractor license. License holder is cognitively impaired and drives a very old beat-up truck. He almost ended up homeless because he was not being paid. All 3 have very poor credit ratings. None of them have any experience in applicable building trades. Find a more honest, reputable and experienced contractor!! The other review under a similar name is not mine. Nicole wrote it herself and everything she said is false.

Best management and control of this company!! This is a great company. Manager contractor Nicole Melo - is a known professional and known for her creative solutions. She finds creative ways in getting the job done with high standards. They started doing remodeling projects with Gary Santti one of the best engineers of Florida and the United States. Gary has high level of experience in all applicable building trades. Amazing 30 years in business and high credit ratings. Best reputable and experienced contractor in Florida

First time home remodeling and I honestly couldnt have done it without Nicollete! Shes honestly amazing and patient I had so many questions and she answered with detail on how she was remodeling my bathroom and kitchen and honestly her team made my vision come true! I appreciate they highly and customer service was A1 felt a real personal experience THANK YOU!!
