        Final Update: New manager Garret ensured that our issues got resolved and had excellent communication skills! If they could fill the service department with more Garrets it would be a 5 star experience every time. Leaving at 3 stars as we should not have to work through management to get resolution. UPDATE: December 27th and they are still not sure where the parts are after I had to call back due to no return call. Got another Ill call you back. Very disappointed with the lack of service received in the service department. Dropped our vehicle off on November 15th (which was an entire ordeal to actually get the issues looked at that we dropped the vehicle off for) and still have not received a call back in regards to when the parts will be in so the service can be done as of December 22nd. I understand people are busy but this has been sufficient time for them to respond . Phone calls are promised but not received. We chose to do service here because this is where we have purchased several vehicles from and all of our paperwork is on file here. Will not be referring any more business here or purchasing another vehicle ourselves from here.
