Flagship Towing

I called Flagship to change a flat tire at 250pm. Dispatcher told me both trucks headed out of town. One to North Port and one to Englewood so it would be over an hour. I said that's ok. Driver called me to tell me she was going by Detweilers and would be here in 10 minutes. At approximately 520pm she arrived, took out spare and loosened lug nuts. When she put the car jack under my car, she put it under my running board and I heard it crack. She said she hated it when they put the piece where the jack goes so close to the running board. She felt under there and said it was already cracked as there was dirt in the crack. I said I heard it crack. You broke my running board. She denied. I said I'm going across the street to get my phone, I'll be right back. When I got back, she had left! I called Venice towing, they arrived in no time and changed my tire. The gal tells me her name is Kelly but I believe it's Jen. She answered my call one time and then my calls went to voice mail. I will definitely be calling Flagship on Monday morning to see how this gets resolved. Will update this review when resolved.

Tow driver wasnt educated on job. Started by begging me to let her try ti get jt start because she didnt want to pull it. Said she didnt know how ti load it on backwards and she was the only one there. Claimed my van was extended to get out of doing the service tho its a short van, no longee than my minivan

Flagship Towing and their stuff was very helpful and responsive. They carried my vehicle safely to its destination. Not only that they fixes cars too! 10/10 would use their service again.Thanks!

Young man arrived less than 10 minutes after I spoke with him. He was friendly as well as polite. I highly recommend .will definitely put there number in my phone.
