Visited last year and was suffering from a flare up of plantar fascitis. The person who helped, which unfortunately I didn't get his name, put me in a pair of Propet sneakers. Best sneaker ever! Visited today to buy another pair. Large selection of shoes, sneakers, sandals, accessories. One better looking than the other. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I'm a Sales Rep for several lines of shoes and handbags in the wholesale market for over 33 yrs in Florida! Consumers, Customers and patrons beware, is business and owners of this business Rayan & Jennifer Crisman DONT pay their bills, invoices for product or shoes they ordered and the Brands & Company's shipped in good faith!! They have not paid Hälsa Ftw Groupe for shoes/sandals shipped over a year ago! On top of that they are now stiffing it to the owner and brand "Völks Walkers Shoes" DBA Tell Trading Co. From Canada on product/shoes/boots shipped in good faith for the Fall 2022 season! They won't answer phone calls, emails, texts and mail on repeated attempts to contact both Ryan & Jennifer to settle up with their open invoice balances on product shipped and that they have sold to you the consumer!! So those buying produce of shoes sandals or boots or patronizing "Dick's Shoes" now called "Shoes Sandals and Smiles" on Venice Blvd. D/T Venice Fla. please know that these owners have FAILED to pay for product including shipping charges that two company's have shipped them! Note that we have made every attempt to resolve this issue and giving them adequate time to make payments to clear their open invoices for their product they have received on more that several occasions! We've even offered to take installment payments after one of the companies have received partial payment in a form of checks that have bounced and not cleared! This shoe store is selling you merchandise they have not paid for and still owe two companies thousands of dollars! The owners are not honorable or trustworthy individuals and the business may be selling you virtually unpaid merchandise!! Let all buyers, customers, or patrons, beware!! Signed the Shoe Representative of the lines that Dicks Shoes has still has still not paid for!

My wife purchased women's sandals ($172.00) in March 2022 from Dick's Shoes of Venice, then she was told they weren't in stock and would be shipped.  Now, six months later we called and left 3-4 voicemail messages and haven't received a returned call.  This is not how you treat customers.
