Annie is one of the best Realtors we have worked with. We've been investing in real estate for over 35 years and have worked with a lot of realtors. Annie knows what she's doing! We have rentals, but also flipped houses for several years too. Although we no longer want to flip houses, we are still looking for those perfect investment(s), and our forever home. For the last 4 years we have been hoping to buy in the Sarasota Venice FL area. Several "circumstances" prevented us from making that happen until this week. Annie has been so patient and encouraging during our journey. Every time we would come visit, Annie would make time for us. She helped with our search, guided us to areas that fit our criteria, suggested fun things to do, and great restaurants, while we were here. She would check in often to see if there was anything we needed. When we finally found our house, she put everything into action and we closed in record time. She is a professional from the start but a friend too. Her experience and approach make her the best choice in Florida!
