My water heater was relatively new, and started supplying very limited hot water. I called Martin, and he came out, inspected the unit thoroughly, and showed me everything that was wrong. He was very honest in pointing out that it was still under warranty, and suggested I follow up with the manufacturer. He could have sold me a new unit, but he didn't. Such honesty is rare! I am keeping his number close by.

We had Martin replace a shower head in our master bathroom. I appreciated his honesty. He gave us recommendations that we do not regret. He was respectful and very courteous. I will hire him again when I need plumbing help in the future; and highly recommend him company!
