Terrible customer service. Very difficult to make, change or cancel an appointment. On hold times are outrageous. They have been billing me for a missed appointment that was clearly canceled well in advance but they appear to be understaffed and undertrained!

I've had a great experience with the Ramos Center! The staff is super friendly, they're Professional and they've helped with me tremendously with my pain issues!

My experience with Ramos Clinic in Venice, FL, was nothing short of a nightmare. As a Canadian seeking treatment for chronic back issues, I stumbled upon Ramos Medical online and decided to give it a try. Despite explicitly requesting a consultation with a doctor and a written report, I was only examined by a nurse during my visit on March 6, 2023. This was the first red flag. Having paid around $300 out of pocket, I expected prompt service. However, it took over two weeks of relentless phone calls before receiving any update. Finally, on April 10, 2023, I received a letter stating that the procedure I needed wasn't suitable. This delay and lack of communication left me feeling frustrated and helpless. To add insult to injury, nearly a year later, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $127 on my account dated April 17, 2023, supposedly for a visit I never made. When I contacted the clinic's credit department, I encountered nothing but resistance and a refusal to provide logical explanations. Despite my insistence that I never visited the clinic on the specified date, they were adamant about payment. It was an infuriating and unfair situation that left me deeply disillusioned. In conclusion, my experience with Ramos Clinic in Venice, FL, was a complete disaster. From the initial miscommunication and delayed response to the unethical billing practices, every aspect of my interaction with this clinic was riddled with frustration and disappointment. I strongly advise against seeking treatment at this clinic, especially for those paying out of pocket. It's an ordeal I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Emil Dehtiar

Recently sought treatment at Ramos Center I was seen by Jessica Butz DNP. Very kind and understanding person. She had Dr Fura join us and I was scheduled for a procedure that same day. Am so very pleased with my results. Highly recommend this Pain Management Group.
