Patrick air is AMAZING. We are staying at an AirBnB and called them the night before. They showed up the next morning at 9am sharp.
Alex was the technician and quickly identified the problem and corrected it. Im less than an hour the house was back to normal.
Alex, thank you so much sir for your hard work and professionalism. Your communication skills and ability to explain the problem in a way we can understand is superb. I will forever use this company for ALL of my AC needs and refer them as much as I can.

Our HVAC system needed to be replaced. I received several proposals from various Companies. I chose Patrick Air. I found the organization to be knowledgeable and professional. They installed a York HVAC system in 6 hours. I made the correct decision. Our new system was not only competitively priced it has proven to be more efficient than our previous system . I have been really happy with the service and I've had them out for a few different issues over the last 2 years or so.
The 2 gentleman who usually come out for the service are so friendly, thoughtful and respectful.
I feel that they are consciencious about budget and understand it isn't easy for everyone to have the additional expense. I trust them which is not super easy for me to do so it says alot.
I totally forgot I had a new thermostat for them to install during the last visit so I'll be seeing them again sometime soon
