Absolutely top shelf service. They replaced our entire system, including ducts. They moved the returns from the floor to the ceiling and relocated two vents. Not a chip or crack to be seen anywhere. Jon identified issues with our system that our old provider missed, his knowledge and experience really showed. Ive been here thirty-four years. These guys are the best Ive ever seen.

I had Bowersox come out and do a 6 month preventative-maintenance call. I am SO glad I did, as my filter was long over due and my unit needed a DEEP clean. Dylan was kind and courteous. I would highly recommend Bowersox and Im happy they are coming back in 6 months!

We recently became customers of Bowersox after they repaired our A/C unit this past year and we were already impressed with our experience with Chris Mason the tech who came out to our house . What will make us lifelong clients is what Chris did for us this week. I own a business and one of my employees accidentally damaged a top to an old A/C unit at a clients house and I immediately reached out to Chris Mason to see if they had any old units that I could salvage a top from. Chris looked high and low for weeks and never forgot about my request . This week he came across one and even delivered it to my house on his way to another job. I tried to offer him money for his time and effort and he refused. Adding value to his clients was more than enough compensation for him. Thank you Chris ! Just had the best experience on an HVAC repair/update project on my new home in Nokomis. As a general contractor from Boston that does 20-30 major renovations a year, many with a major HVAC component, thats says a lot. The onsite team, Mike and Ethan were highly skilled and expert in getting the job done fast and neatly. When things were a little different than the original plan, they quickly and creatively solved the problem. Communications and scheduling with the office and Bruce have been a breeze.

I purchased a new York HVAC unit for my home from Bowersox six months ago. They just completed my first 6 month service. Brian F., their service tech, arrived promptly and conducted a very thorough review of my system. He then reviewed with me pictures of all the key components and explained the various readings. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and extremely customer focused. He went beyond my expectations by a wide margin. How refreshing! I taught sales and customer relationship building for many years. Brian exemplifies the principles I taught! He created a WOW moment for me and he made me a loyal customer. I immediately signed up for their service contract and requested that Brian be my regular service guy!
