DONT GO HERE. I gave this place many chances for the price we paid it was terrible. We ordered towel service then went out for the day it never came. Plus pinchers is across the road and everyone is drunk from their 2 for 1 all day every day thing so lots of car accidents. Only good thing was the waffles which you make yourself. There was a dead fly on the food.Pillows had hairs on them. Worst shower in a long time.

Great location easy access fully accessible for wheelchairs. This is an excellent spot for long-term vacationing. Very comfortable Hotel reasonably priced and a friendly staff. On site manager is also very friendly and does a great job running the hotel. They offer breakfast buffet in the morning that is very pleasant. There are also some small meeting rooms that you can reserve as needed. A short ride to the gulf beaches this is an excellent value highly recommended. Rooms: The rooms are of good size and have some sweets with tables for longer stay Nearby activities: Excellent location shopping and restaurants nearby Gulf beaches along a bus that stops out front 10 minutes away Walkability: There are a nice walking paths in this little cul-de-sac which boasts of a very nice restaurant Pinchers across the street

My wife and I have stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites throughout the United States and Mexico. I would have to say this was absolutely, without doubt one of the worst we've ever stayed at. The property is currently under renovation. We were unaware of this when we booked. We stayed in a suite; which was in desperate need of renovation. The frame on the sofa bed was broken and the mattress was in need of replacement. We were on the third floor and the window overlooked the pool area. At one point, we heard loud music and yelling coming from the pool area. Four men were in the pool carrying on. Definitely not a family friendly atmosphere. The coffee in the morning was horrible!!! For the cost; around $300 per night; there are definitely better options in the area. We will never stay here again, or recommend!! Rooms: Desperately in need of renovation

With some remodeling construction materials still present, it's obvious this Hampton location is going through a refresh. So I'm not sure how pertinent older reviews are to what we experienced. First. On a one week Venice vacation. Location, location, location. If your looking to move about yhe area, this location can't be beat. Your right on an intersection of 41North-41South and Business 41. Basically you can get anywhere very quickly from here. It's set far back from the intersection so there's virtually no traffic noise. Second. The facilities were spotless. Room cleaned, towels changed EVERY SINGLE DAY. (thought nobody did this anymore since Covid). The staff was cordial and helpful. We're not big fans of any of the Hamptons Inns continental breakfast food. We preferred a local establishment. (Max's Table, a 6 minute drive on 41 North...OUTSTANDING) Third. "Pinchers" seafood restaurant is literally a 2 minute walk out the Hampton Inn front door. Fantastic food, great atmosphere and killer overlook. You can have dinner there every night with the many options they offer. I had one very minor issue I pointed out during checkout. I used the in-room coffee service and found the sealed packets of creamer to be quite foul smelling. Probably long past their expiration. It was a minor thing, but I pointed it out because I'm sure very few people use the in room coffee service, and 99% would never know. It isn't an item that the " refresh" would necessarily pickup on. I'd VERY highly recommend a stay hear.
