Mike was very helpful and gave us space while we shopped. We ended up buying a wall unit that was very nice.

I ordered 2 recliners back on July 2nd.  Only 1 came in, the other didn't get delivered until 3 days later.  I set the chairs up and one kept leaning forward when you reclined it.  I called the store to be told that they went to a 1 day return policy, they wouldn't even do store credit, they would send some one out to fix it.  A few weeks later someone came and said the whole inside frame was bent and they would order the part.  It's now 10/19 and I called the store back to be told the part would be in tomorrow and someone would call to set a time to come and fix it.  They sent a broken chair and then I wait almost 4 months to have it repaired and of course the 1 year warranty is still from the day I ordered it.  Please be aware of this stupid policy - 1 day from the time you pick it up or you're stuck with it!!
